Clash Detection
Clash detection is what prevents an air duct and a beam from meeting on site. We overlay the models of every discipline and run automatic interference checks, resolving them while a fix still costs modeling hours instead of demolition days.
Every detected clash is classified by severity and discipline, documented with its 3D view and assigned to a responsible party within a tracking matrix. We don’t hand over an unfiltered report of a thousand collisions: we deliver the real conflicts, prioritized and with a proposed solution.
Coordination sessions with the designers are held on the model, reviewing case by case until each one is closed. The log remains traceable, so at any moment you can know who resolved what, and when.
In practice, this is the service that pays for itself fastest: a structural clash detected in time avoids change orders, stopped work fronts and budget adjustments in the middle of construction.
