BIM Project Management
BIM management is the role that makes every piece of the project fit together. We coordinate the different designers, contractors and vendors, define the rules of the game and make sure information flows in one direction with a single current version.
We start with a BIM execution plan (BEP) that sets the model uses, levels of development, naming conventions, responsibilities and delivery schedule. From there we manage the common data environment, review every partial delivery and keep the clash log until each issue is closed.
We can do this even if your current vendors don’t work in BIM: we receive their information in whatever format they have —AutoCAD, PDF or an on-site survey— and integrate it into the federated model. Implementation doesn’t depend on the whole ecosystem being mature.
We also audit projects that were already delivered to you with conflicts: we re-baseline them, detect what’s missing and engineer solutions before the problem is paid for on site.
